Domestic Shipping (Netherlands)
We ship all domestic orders within the Netherlands using PostNL. Delivery typically takes 2-5 business days, depending on your location.

International Shipping
We offer international shipping to select countries via PostNL.
Delivery times vary by destination, but most international orders arrive within 5–15 business days.

Shipping fees for international orders are calculated at checkout and vary depending on your country.
Customs & Duties
Riff Apparel ships all international orders on a Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU) basis.
This means that customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees are not included in your order total.
You, the customer, are responsible for any such charges upon delivery.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email containing your tracking number.
Use this number to check the status of your shipment anytime.
Processing Time
We aim to process and ship all orders within 1–3 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO).
If we’re unable to deliver to your location, we’ll notify you as soon as possible after you place your order.
Undeliverable Packages
If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to claim the package, we’ll contact you to arrange re-shipment.
Additional shipping charges may apply.
Damaged or Lost Packages
We carefully pack all orders to ensure safe delivery.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the issue.
We’ll work with you to resolve it quickly.
In the rare case that your package is lost in transit, we’ll open an investigation with our shipping partner and assist with tracking or reimbursement where applicable.
