Domestic Shipping (Netherlands)
All domestic orders within the Netherlands are shipped via PostNL. Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days, depending on your location.

Enjoy free domestic shipping on orders over €120.
Order Processing
Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed and prepared for shipment. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to select countries via PostNL.
Delivery times vary by destination, but most international orders arrive within 5–15 business days.
International Shipping Costs
Shipping fees for international orders are calculated at checkout and vary by country.
Customs & Duties
Riff Apparel ships all international orders on a Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU) basis.
This means customs duties, import taxes, and any additional fees are not included in your order total. The customer is responsible for any such charges upon delivery.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the status of your shipment at any time.
Processing Time
We aim to process and ship all orders within 1–3 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO).
If we are unable to deliver to your location, we will notify you as soon as possible after you place your order.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to claim the shipment, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
Damaged or Lost Packages
We take great care in packing all orders to ensure safe delivery.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the matter quickly.
In the rare event that your package is lost in transit, we will open an investigation with our shipping partner and assist with tracking or reimbursement where applicable.
