Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition in which they were received: unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact us within 30 days and include photos of the issue.
We will gladly send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Items Lost in Transit
By placing an order with us, you agree to our stated shipping times.
While most orders are delivered within the expected timeframe, external factors (such as customs delays) may occasionally cause longer transit times.
If your order exceeds our posted delivery timeframe by 10 business days, you may contact us for a replacement or a full refund.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at info@riff-apparel.com.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Riff Apparel is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being confirmed as delivered to the address provided at checkout.
Upon request, we will provide confirmation of delivery, including the delivery address, date of delivery, tracking information, and the shipping carrier’s details so you can follow up with the carrier.
